GENERAL INFORMATION ON DATA PROCESSING LEGAL BASIS FOR THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
In accordance with Article 13 GDPR, we will inform you of the legal basis for our data processing. Unless the legal basis is precisely stated in the data protection notice, the following applies:
The legal basis for obtaining consent is Article 6 paragraph 1 letter aiVm Art. 7 GDPR. The legal basis for processing to fulfill our services and carry out contractual measures, as well as to respond to inquiries, is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR. The legal basis for processing to fulfill our legal obligations is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c GDPR. DATA DELETION AND STORAGE PERIOD
We adhere to the principles of data minimization according to. Art. 5 para. 1 lit. c GDPR and storage limitation according to. Article 5 paragraph 1 letter e GDPR. We will only store your personal data for as long as necessary to achieve the purposes stated here or as provided for by the retention periods provided for by the legislature. After the respective purpose has ceased or after these retention periods have expired, the relevant data will be deleted as soon as possible.
